I first learned of Diane via talk radio, she was providing useful information on buying and selling homes in the crazy  Phoenix area real estate market. Diane did such an AMAZING job with getting us our first home.  We explained what we were looking for and what we were pre-approved for with the mortgage.  She found us the perfect house in Scottsdale (in the Magic Zip Code, no less) in turnkey condition.  For her negotiation skills, she negotiated a savings of $30,000 off an already appropriately priced home which also included stainless steel appliances.  We were able to purchase a ranch style house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with formal dining room, living room with wood fireplace, wet bar, walk in pantry, converted garage we use as our cat room, newly remodeled kitchen with great appliances and storage space, the master bedroom has a private bath with bidet, four closets and it’s own large sitting room with gas fireplace. We have a beautiful pool, mature trees and landscaping, and a work shed. I have never seen, known or even heard of a real estate agent as smart, knowledgeable and dedicated as Diane Brennan. While I have already dragged Diane to dozens of properties and flip flopped 20 times on what and where I want to buy Diane has been not just patient but enthusiastic and responsive every time I’ve asked to go out. And while she always makes me feel as if I were her only client, I can occasionally see glimpses into the incredibly long hours she spends helping all of her clients. I will meet her to start viewing property at 11:00 am and Diane will already have been showing clients around in Phoenix, Ahwatukee and Maricopa since 7:30 am! My wife and I have absolutely no reservations when it comes to recommending Diane Brennan. My wife and I were in the market for a rental home. Upon calling a wrong number we ended up reaching Diane. Rather than turning us away due to a wrong number she politely offered her services in the event that our other contact did not work out.
